Role Description

As an Inbound SDR, you will own the evaluation and conversion of enterprise inbound demand, determining which opportunities should move forward and ensuring high-quality pipeline for our enterprise sales team. This role is designed for driven, competitive, and ambitious early-career professionals who want to build a serious career in enterprise cybersecurity sales.

Inbound at BigID is about speed, precision, and quality. You will be the first impression of BigID to senior buyers at some of the largest enterprises in the world. As you grow, you will learn to go beyond lead follow-up, working accounts more strategically through research, outbound-style multithreading, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the first point of contact for inbound leads from marketing programs, events, content downloads, and webinars.
  • Own speed-to-lead execution while maintaining high qualification standards, ensuring the sales team spends time only on real opportunities.
  • Evaluate inbound demand and determine which opportunities warrant deeper engagement, ensuring the sales team focuses on the highest-value prospects.
  • Be accountable for converting inbound interest into qualified meetings and pipeline that drives revenue.
  • Partner closely with marketing, AEs, SEs, and CSMs to ensure every lead is maximized and progressed.
  • Learn to work enterprise accounts strategically over time by researching stakeholders, multithreading, and building account intelligence.
  • Use modern sales technology and AI tools to research accounts, personalize outreach, and work efficiently at scale.
  • Develop strong foundational sales skills, including discovery, qualification, objection handling, and business-value conversations.
  • You will regularly interact with senior leaders across security, privacy, data, and AI governance functions inside global enterprises.

Compensation

The annual base salary range is $60,000 - $70,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is just one component of our Compensation Philosophy. Variable/Bonus Compensation & Equity Incentives align with individual and company performance.
