Role Description

We are hiring a Head of Sales to own two parallel mandates:

  • Client Delivery (Outsourced Sales Teams):
    • Directly manage the outsourced Sales Executives and Closers deployed to client accounts, starting with The Secret Society (TSS).
    • Own onboarding, coaching, quota-setting, pipeline reviews, and performance management for every rep deployed.
    • Ensure they hit activity and conversion targets from day one.
  • Internal Sales (Division 50 Growth):
    • Build and lead Division 50's own sales team.
    • Prospect, pitch, and close new B2B clients who need outsourced SDR and sales executive services.
    • Design the internal sales playbook, hire your own team, and scale D50 revenue.
    • Create a flywheel between sales and operations as new accounts signed become delivery accounts managed by you.

This is a player-coach role. You sell, you manage, you build. If you thrive at the intersection of sales leadership, client delivery, and startup-speed execution, this is the role.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years managing a sales team (SDRs, account executives, or closers).
  • Proven track record of personally closing deals AND managing others to close.
  • Experience in outsourced sales, BPO, staffing, or sales-as-a-service is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable managing multilingual, remote-first teams across multiple time zones (European and MENA coverage).
  • Strong commercial instincts β€” understanding margins, unit economics, and profitability of outsourced sales operations.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); additional European or Arabic languages are a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), Sales Navigator, and outbound sales tech stacks.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-led startup environment where you build systems from scratch rather than inherit them.
  • Based in Dubai or able to work remotely with significant overlap with UAE and European business hours.

Requirements

  • Experience in the spirits, beverage, hospitality, or premium consumer goods industries is a plus.
  • Existing network of B2B decision-makers in industries that benefit from outsourced sales (SaaS, fintech, logistics, real estate, FMCG).
  • Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment or sales automation tools.
  • Experience scaling a sales function from 0 to 10+ reps.
