[Hiring] Group Account Supervisor @BGB Group

Role Description

Lead the day-to-day client relationship, ensuring agency work aligns with brand strategy, client objectives, and agreed-upon quality, budget, and timeline standards.

• Partner closely with Medical and Creative leadership to provide proactive strategic guidance and drive account growth.
• Maintain strong fiscal oversight, including scope management, staffing alignment, and budget accountability.
• Serve as a trusted client advisor, anticipating needs and identifying opportunities to deepen and expand the relationship.
• Mentor and develop Account team members through ongoing coaching, feedback, and structured professional development plans.
• Support a high-performance, collaborative team culture rooted in accountability and growth.
• Participate in local (tri-state) client travel as needed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive account management experience in medical communications, HCP promotion, or consumer advertising.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Master’s degree in business or science preferred.
• Experience across multiple products, therapeutic categories, and client companies preferred.

Requirements

• Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000.
• This position may be performed remotely within the United States.
• For candidates located outside the New York City area, compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market for the employee’s primary work location.
• Final compensation will be determined based on geographic location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
