Role Description
We're looking for a highly motivated, digital-savvy sales consultant to join our team – whether you're a recent graduate eager to kickstart your career in travel tech or a professional looking for a change of pace in a dynamic and impactful industry.
- Design and curate exceptional, tailor-made travel itineraries that align with our sustainability values
- Leverage our technology platform to provide a seamless booking experience for our customers
- Collaborate with our product and tech teams to enhance our platform and develop innovative solutions
- Contribute to our marketing efforts by creating engaging content and promoting our offerings
- Analyze data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Stay informed about the latest travel tech trends and sustainability initiatives
- Provide valuable feedback to our product development team to help shape the future of our platform
- Work closely with our tourism and technology experts to contribute to the evolution of travel tech
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Extensive knowledge of African travel destinations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for sustainable travel and technology
- Self-starter mentality and ability to work independently
Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of the African travel landscape, with in-depth knowledge of destinations in South Africa or Namibia (Botswana, Kenya, Rwanda, and Tanzania are a plus)
