Role Description
Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation is seeking a creative and seasoned leader to enhance our Sales Leadership Team. You will have responsibility for Global Account Management with Security market segment customers. This will be a highly collaborative role that partners with multiple functions in the organization including:
- Regional Sales Management
- Global Business Development
- Product Management
- Executive Management across Sales, Engineering and Operations
This role is expected to contribute significantly to the strategic growth plan and serve as a member of the Global Strategic Business Development Committee.
What You Will Do:

Sales Strategy + Development
- Strategic vision and oversight of high touch accounts that are high growth opportunities.
- Drives growth and penetration in assigned accounts.
- Responsible for revenue growth and relationship development within the Security market segment.
- Works closely with regional sales account management and global business development.
- Owns global Security segment customer success.
- Sets account-level and product strategy in alignment with broader business strategy.
- Manages the entire business lifecycle.
- Regularly visits client sites to ensure client success.
- Identifies leads and follows up as needed.
- Builds critical relationships needed to execute on strategy.

Customer Success
- Manages select accounts and triages new and existing accounts based on business potential.
- Partners with Regional Sales Leadership and CMO to identify local resources.
- Influences and sets sales strategy for complex accounts.
- Coordinates resources to ensure project success.
- Liaises directly with the organization to address client questions and needs.
- Coordinates with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's-level Technical Degree (Engineering, Physics)
- 10-15+ years OEM experience
- Deep understanding of client organization, strategy, and structure
- Ability to process data and effectively draw conclusions
- Deep segment knowledge/SME
Requirements
- This position offers a remote work model.
- Our good faith estimates of the salary range for this role is $150,000 to $175,000.
- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors.
