• Full-Cycle Pipeline Excellence: Command the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from rigorous cold outreach and prospecting to complex negotiation and closing.

Qualifications

• Linguistic Mastery: Native or near-native fluency in German (C1/C2) with the poise to negotiate at an executive level; professional proficiency in English (B2 minimum).
• Sales Pedigree: A minimum of 2 years of documented success in Sales, specifically within Tech, SaaS, or Digital Advertising environments.
• Methodological Depth: Robust command of business development frameworks, lead generation, and rigorous qualification protocols (e.g., MEDDIC, BANT).
• Remote Discipline: Proven ability to surpass KPIs in a decentralized environment while maintaining exceptional self-motivation and organizational rigor.
