Role Description
This role involves guiding potential students over the call to help them choose the right product and make better career decisions.
- Take responsibility and guide potential students over the call
- Resolve queries regarding the company and products
- Make outbound calls and regular follow-ups on assigned leads
- Sell memberships to students as per their requirements
- Explain product features in detail and how to use the packages
- Provide the right customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Any domestic outbound or telesales experience required
- Understand and speak elementary Hindi language
- Minimum age requirement is 18+
- Superb verbal communication
- Ability to switch communication style on a whim
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
- Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it
