Role Description

This role involves driving sales growth in Raleigh, NC by building relationships with key retailers and distributors.

Partner with retailers (Walmart, Publix, Lowes Foods, Target, etc.) to focus sales efforts.
Foster customer rapport by merchandising dry shelves/coolers and ensuring back-stock areas are clean and organized.
Develop strong relationships with regional distributors (R.H. Barringer, Adams Beverages, Skyland, etc.).
Establish routine route rides, monitor inventory levels, and collaborate on growth opportunities.
Build in-store displays and maintain POS as needed.
Recommend changes in pricing, products, services, and merchandising techniques.
Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed at all times.
Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of one (1) year of sales experience, preferably in beverage.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, occasionally working evenings and weekends as needed.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift and carry 35 lbs. repetitively and up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to push and pull up to 100 lbs. regularly.
