Role Description
As an Enterprise Account Executive in the Public Safety Technology space, you will drive sales of Versaterm's SaaS technology solutions to state-level entities and agencies across North America.
- Manage large transactions and develop strategic account plans
- Drive revenue within assigned territories
- Manage a complex sales pipeline with state and city-level entities
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, customer success, and marketing
- Foster relationships with State-Level executives by attending legislative meetings, events, conferences, and tradeshows
This is a remote position that involves 30-50% travel within your territory (currently slated for the Northeast U.S. region).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Senior Account Executive in the government technology space
- Focus on selling to state-level law enforcement agencies
- Deep understanding of the government procurement process
- Strong track record of managing large transactions and meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel within your assigned state up to 30-50% of the time
