Role Description

As an Enrollment Agent, you will meet with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments to review their financial protection needs and help them select appropriate coverage options.

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families
• Assess client needs and provide guidance on financial protection options
• Clearly explain available programs and coverage solutions
• Assist clients with the enrollment and application process
• Maintain accurate client records and provide timely follow-up
• Stay informed on product knowledge and industry updates

Requirements

• Smart phone and Windows based laptop or desktop with reliable internet connection required.
• Must be a citizen or permanent resident of the US.
• Not available to residents of New York and Massachusetts.
