Role Description

We're expanding our remote team to include talented professionals from Eswatini. This is a genuine opportunity to work globally while staying local.

Our online store is our primary revenue channel and we need an E-commerce Manager to maximise its potential — owning everything from product presentation to CRO.

What You'll Do

• Own the day-to-day management of our online store
• Manage product catalogue and ensure listings are optimised
• Plan and execute flash sales, campaigns, and promotions
• Analyse conversion data and implement CRO improvements
• Liaise with marketing on traffic and acquisition strategy

Qualifications

• E-commerce management experience, ideally on Shopify or similar
• Strong English communication skills
• Data-driven and commercially minded
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-directed in a remote environment
