Role Description

The Director of Sales – Commercial National Accounts is responsible for strategically driving targeted revenue growth, developing, and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key partners in the National Account segment. In this newly created leadership position, you will have a unique opportunity to build, shape and impact people and business strategy selling Rheem’s comprehensive commercial AC and Water Heating solutions in the national account segment.

• Provide overarching go-to market and sales strategy support to the VP Commercial Air & Water.
• Engage deeply with sales leadership in other Rheem commercial segments to leverage other channels as needed.

This role requires an innovative thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in HVAC and Water Heating industry and specifically selling in the National Accounts segment. This position will serve Rheem North America Commercial Business based in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate is located within proximity to major metro market. This role will report to the VP Commercial Air & Water.

• Travel is estimated at 50%, primarily domestic and including driving, heavier during initial onboarding to build key relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales leadership.
• Experience in HVAC and Water Heating industry.
• Experience selling in the National Accounts segment.
