Role Description
Achieve sales and market share targets with channel partners and other customers, within the assigned sub-area.
- Collect account receivable within deadline set by Syngenta
- Regularly collect and report market intelligence
Accountabilities
- Deliver campaigns and offer to selected customers through selected channel
- Create demand at the customer, ensuring that the customer is knowledgeable about the products and has further interest in SYN products
- Collect customer complaints and inform relevant department
- Collect transaction info and soft metrics (NPS)
- Achieve sales and SoW targets
- Build solid and professional relationship based on recognized expertise and trust with customers across the assigned sub-area

Qualifications
- Current driver’s license
- Basic Sales experience
- Bachelor Degree in Agriculture
