[Hiring] Comfort Consultant @Polestar Plumbing Heating & Cooling

Role Description

Meet with homeowners to assess comfort needs and provide customized HVAC system solutions.

• Design and present system replacement options, upgrades, and indoor air quality (IAQ) products (air purifiers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, etc.)
• Educate customers on system performance, efficiency, and long-term value.
• Build trust through exceptional customer service and professional communication.
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals using company tools.
• Close sales and guide customers through the installation process.
• Collaborate with install and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain detailed records of appointments, proposals, and sales activity using mobile tools/software.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HVAC, in-home sales, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to build rapport and close sales in a residential setting.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Requirements

• $150,000–$200,000+ annually (100% Commission).
• Weekly Pay.
• Company provided vehicle and gas card.
• Ability to dispatch from home.
