Role Description

Success will be determined by the ability to retain and grow revenue for the assigned book of business and exceed client expectations surrounding service excellence. Being a champion for your clients, your ability to influence others to deliver results for your clients will also be a key factor in your success. Understanding of the self-insured TPA environment is beneficial. We believe keeping up to date on market trends will enable you to position Luminare Health programs and solutions efficiently to client decision makers.

The Client Manager – West Coast will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining consultative and strategic partnerships with assigned book of business in the West Coast region.
• Managing the entire client life cycle, starting at implementation and continuing through everyday problem resolution, upsell, and renewal activities.
• Working directly with sales executives during finalist presentations and may be asked to present to potential clients.
• Supporting and servicing between 12 – 20 clients in the West Coast region.
• Maintaining senior management-level contact with client stakeholders and the broker.
• Participating in internal projects that benefit and support the client and/or the client management organization.
• Retaining and growing their assigned book of business.

This is a Telecommute (Remote) role. Candidates must live within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, New York, California, or Hawaii.

Sponsorship is not available. This role will work closely with clients based in the Pacific Time Zone and requires availability during standard Pacific Time business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years industry experience or High School diploma and 9 years previous Client Management experience and/or experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment with client-facing/client support responsibilities.
• Ability to travel is required (up to 25%).
• Understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans (stop loss understanding a plus).
• Knowledge and understanding of benefit-related federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, etc.).
• Results oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to interact with senior level executives.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required, as are exceptional organizational skills.
• Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and time management skills are required.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Min to Max Range: $67,600.00 - $127,000.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
