Role Description

- Bearbeitung schriftlicher Kundenanfragen für einen führenden europäischen Telekommunikationsanbieter
- Freundlicher und effizienter Kundenservice
- Analyse von Problemen und Lösungsfindung mit Fokus auf Kundenzufriedenheit
- Möglichkeit zum aktiven Upselling bei passenden Produkten
Qualifications
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2H / C1)
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit inkl. samstags und sonntags
- Bereitschaft zur 100 % Arbeit im Homeoffice
- Strukturierte, analytische Denkweise & Selbstorganisation
- Freude am Kundenkontakt – auch remote
- Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Vertrieb von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
