We're hiring a Capital Formation & Investor Relations Rep!

You're looking for investors. Work your network. Reach out, book calls, ask for referrals. The trick: ask for introductions, not money. Those who are interested will raise their hand.

• Accredited investors = $200k+ income or $1M+ net worth; doctors, execs, professionals. You know several.
• IR experience required.
• We need fresh networks and people who know how to generate leads, pitch, close, and nurture investor relationships post-close to keep investors warm for the next round.
• Scripts and support provided. You generate activity; we don't feed leads.

Qualifications

• Existing professional network that includes or can reach US Accredited Investors (executives, doctors, HNW professionals, etc.).
• Comfortable asking for referrals — you don't shy away from "who do you know who might be interested?"
• Self-starter — you generate your own activity from relationships, not from lists we provide.
• Strong communicator — clear, professional, persuasive.
• IR experience required — we're looking for people who can work their network and have prior investor relations experience – fundraising, LP/GP communication, managed data rooms and referral pipelines.

Requirements

• Work your network — LinkedIn, email, phone. Reach out to people you know and ask for referrals to accredited investors.
• Book calls — schedule qualified prospects for conversations with our team (or with you, if you're closing).
• Ask for referrals — every conversation ends with a request for introductions.
• Qualify leads — confirm accredited investor status and interest level.
• Close — work dealflow end-to-end, we provide scripts and support for both sourcing and closing.
• Nurture — keep investors excited with progress updates and milestone achievements along the way.
