• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the medical billing sector to achieve company growth objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to understand their billing needs.
• Present and demonstrate Promdix’s medical billing services and solutions to prospective clients effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor billing solutions that meet the specific requirements of clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals that are beneficial to both clients and the company.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new areas for business expansion.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market developments to senior management.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to enhance Promdix's market presence and build professional networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proven experience in business development within the medical billing or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of medical billing processes, coding, and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans to capitalize on opportunities.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

• Receive 5% to 8% recurring monthly revenue from every client you close for the full duration of the contract.
• Performance Bonus: Close 5 or more clients in a month and earn an additional 2% increase on your commission rate.
