[Hiring] Business Development Representative (US Healthcare) @ISTA Personnel Solutions

Role Description

This role supports a U.S.-based behavioral health facility group and is focused on driving business development and outreach within the healthcare space. You will be responsible for:

• Building relationships with hospitals
• Connecting with key decision-makers such as case managers
• Introducing the client’s services through meetings and presentations

This is a relationship-driven sales role that requires:

• Confidence in outbound outreach
• Persistence in follow-ups
• The ability to build trust with healthcare professionals

PLEASE NOTE:

• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 09:00 am – 6:00 pm EST (15:00 pm - 00:00 pm OR 16:00 pm - 01:00 am South African Time, depending on daylight savings in the USA)
• Public Holidays: You will be required to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays. Compensation for South African public holidays will be provided in accordance with the BCEA.
• Internet Requirements: Fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download), and support for a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Candidates without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
• Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding or outages. Candidates without backup cannot be considered.
• Work Environment: Fully remote

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or outreach
• Strong cold calling and email outreach experience
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Confident, engaging, and professional phone presence
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results
• Strong follow-up skills with a persistent yet professional approach
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)

Requirements

• Experience working with U.S.-based clients (Nice to Have)
• Exposure to healthcare or behavioral health environments (Nice to Have)
• Experience engaging with hospitals or case managers (Nice to Have)
