Mar 15, 2025 - Sperton Global AS is hiring a remote Business Development Consultant. 💸 Salary: very good commission based on sales. 📍Location: Panama.
Role Description
We are looking for a networked and results-oriented salesperson who knows the industry and has the ability to create new business opportunities.
- Identify and create new business opportunities through your existing network
- Sell recruitment and consulting services to companies, primarily in energy, IT, engineering or similar (but not required)
- Build strong and long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Be ready to actively contact potential customers through, for example, "cold calls"
- Work independently, but in close collaboration with our Country Manager in Sweden, who operates in the Gothenburg region
- Participate in sales meetings and training in English with Sperton's global team
Qualifications
- You have previous experience selling recruitment and/or consulting services
- You have an existing network of potential customers in Sweden
- You are fluent in Swedish and comfortable with meetings and training in English
- You are skilled at building relationships and communicating well with both customers and internal teams
- You are self-driven, results-oriented and enjoy commission-based compensation
- Experience with systems such as Teamtailor, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar is an advantage, but not a requirement
