Role Description

We are seeking a high-energy, driven professional with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our team as an Audience Solutions Director. The candidate is responsible for developing and maintaining new and profitable revenue streams for Valpak.

Establishes and fosters working relationships with key decision makers
Builds on the strategic and execution strengths our products offer
Demonstrates excellent strategic thinking, executive presence, communication, and collaboration skills
Establishes relationships at the executive level and closes deals
Identifies sales prospects and works with leadership on prospect strategy
Passionate about digital media and media planning
Creates and delivers media insertion orders
Defines and executes account strategies with publishers, data companies, advertisers, and agencies
Makes outbound calls to potential customers to generate, present, and close new business
Provides accurate revenue forecast projections monthly
Performs related work and additional duties as needed or required

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred
10+ years of sales leadership experience in Data, online media/advertising
Minimum of 5 years in second-line management (Lead of Leaders) roles
Demonstrated history and success of contracting and developing client relationships at the senior (Decision Maker) level or Agency level

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and results oriented
Extensive knowledge of online advertising, media, affiliate marketing, and online and mobile commerce
Ability to manage priorities, multiple initiatives, and deadlines
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
Ability to work well independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
Multi-tasking capability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
