[Hiring] Assistant Relationship Manager @Xapo Bank

Role Description

This role is an integral part of the Relationship Management Team, where you will learn to manage a portfolio of high-net-worth customer accounts at Xapo Bank.

• Responsible for identifying leads and building strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with all of Xapo Bank's products.
• Collaborate with regional Customer Success Advisors to ensure consistent support throughout the onboarding process and customer journey.
• Receive training and development to achieve a defined revenue target by retaining existing business and acquiring new business.
• Focus on building key pillars for a successful career in a client-facing role.
• Shadow the relationship manager team to assist with client account operations and requests.
• Gain exposure to UHNW and Family Offices through day-to-day needs and participation in cross-selling initiatives and direct client calls.

Qualifications

• A recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of working experience in a related field is an advantage.
• A strong interest in Bitcoin and/or crypto.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Chinese, Japanese, or Korean proficiency is an advantage.
