Qualifications

  • A Minimum of 2 years of outbound appointment setting experience required
  • Experience setting appointments in the financial services sector is a plus
  • Familiarity with utilizing autodialers and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • At least 1 year of experience in a remote working environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word)
  • Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace
  • Great telephone etiquette and the ability to connect with diverse individuals
  • Capability to follow scripts and handle objections effectively
