Qualifications

- Admission to the Kansas State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law.
- Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable.
- Existing private practice.
- Medicaid Asset Protection trust highly valued.
- Reciprocity with adjacent state is a plus.
