Role Description

This role involves working as an Affiliate Marketer to join a growing team focused on generating leads and closing sales.

• Initiate outbound efforts (call, text, email, social media) each day to prospects.
• Respond in a timely manner to all leads.
• Qualify prospects, gauge interest, and schedule sales calls.
• Collaborate with the team on improving prospecting strategies.
• Ability to identify & source information on prospective clients.

Qualifications

• Online sales and/or marketing experience is mandatory
• Customer centric
• Great listening skills and excellent phone demeanor
• Technologically proficient; not an expert, but knowledgeable
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• CRM experience a HUGE plus

Requirements

• 100% commission based role
• Salary: $30k - $50k+ per year
• Bonus opportunities
• Position is 100% Remote
• Full-time commitment; should not be taken as a part-time job

Recruiting Process

• Stage 1: Initial shortlisting and interviews
• Stage 2: 10 days trial where the candidate will be required to close a minimum number of sales. This will be paid at the full commission rate
• Stage 3: Proceed to offer and full onboarding.
