Role Description

As a key strategic region of growth for the company, join our international Asia Sales Team and take part in the exciting growth potential in Japan!

  • Drive and close digital sales, build and maintain customer relationships.
  • This role will be mainly responsible for driving digital sales for 1NCE Asia business unit.
  • Establish and nurture connections with mainly medium and small customers through phone and email to Japan-based customers.
  • Act as the primary point of sales contact for new webshop buyers and inquiries.
  • Strategically assess potential customers to concentrate on building robust, long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with the ASIA and international team to achieve regional and personal goals.
  • Consistently prioritize customer needs in all interactions and activities.
  • Develop precise plans for assigned customers and keep the Salesforce database up to date with relevant and current information.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in Japanese and English in writing and speaking is a must.
  • Other Asian languages such as Korean or Chinese capability will be a plus.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role, ideally with a background in technical sales.
  • Vocational training in business administration or a degree in business administration or similar previous working experience.
  • A good understanding of the telecommunications sector, especially IoT solutions/connectivity, and various IoT verticals is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in working with Salesforce is required.
  • Structured and dedicated approach to collaborating with partners such as SoftBank.
  • Open-minded and dedicated team player.
  • A practical mentality, positive attitude, and a thirst for knowledge.
  • Capable of working independently and goal-oriented, even remotely.
