Role Description

The main purpose of the Account Manager is to manage their assigned clients and their stores by planning, briefing, monitoring, and executing marketing campaigns aimed at driving conversions and sales. This includes:

• Managing the client-agency relationship for assigned clients.
• Developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Handling client communications and writing client reports.
• Communicating the client’s marketing needs to other team members.
• Assisting clients in meeting their revenue goals using company products and services.

The Account Manager will report directly to the Head of Account Managers, the Account Managers’ Leads, and the Service Director while working collaboratively with other departments.

Responsibilities include leading teams of Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers’ Associates to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing client accounts effectively.
• Experience in email marketing.
• Experience managing a team of marketing professionals.
• Professionalism and considerable leadership experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role.
• At least 6 months of experience in email marketing.
• Proven track record of success in a leadership role.
• Ability to work independently without compromising on work standards.
• Highly accountable and responsive with excellent deadline management.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Growth and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Stable internet connection and a laptop or PC for virtual meetings.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
