[Hiring] Account Manager @Renowned

Role Description

Reporting to our ANZ Retention Manager in Australia, this is a fully remote role supporting our highly valuable NZ based clients, you will:

• Be the lead point of contact for your portfolio real estate agents, across New Zealand.
• Proactively contact customers who are current Renowned clients nearing the end of their contract and help them see the value in retaining their Renowned subscription - negotiating to renew or extend their contracts.
• Educate your customers on how to get the most out of our online digital and marketing products and train them on how to boost their online presence.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and weekly activity KPIs.
• Relay market trends to your customer and take on customer feedback to pass onto the Product team.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Account Management role in digital media, SaaS or Real Estate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey information to clients via phone, email and Zoom meetings.
• Experience with Hubspot or other CRM highly preferred.
• Highly organised.
• Fun and dynamic personalities suit this awesome team!
