Role Description
As an Account Manager at Somnio Software, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our key customers, ensuring that their business and product needs are met with strategic solutions.
- Be the bridge between our most important clients and the company's business opportunities.
- Manage and expand relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with innovative and customized solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and delivery teams to design strategies that drive revenue and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Instrumental in the development and maintenance of software solutions for the first and only 100% Flutter focused software development company in LATAM.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in software services sales and account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate complex information.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Advanced English C1+
Requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships, identify growth opportunities and propose solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Research trends and competition to find new opportunities and evaluate ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and product to design effective strategies and align customer needs.
- Present proposals to customers and investors, and communicate strategies to all stakeholders.
- Design strategies to increase sales and ensure continuity of the business relationship.
