Role Description
This role involves selling cutting-edge Customer Experience Management (CXM) technology to Financial Services and Insurance (FS&I) sectors across Mexico.
- Collaborate with presales and professional services teams to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage existing client relationships and drive new business development.
- Engage with C-Suite executives to sell and negotiate solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing for qualified leads and support from R&D for innovative solutions.
- Forecast and manage opportunity pipeline, ensuring portfolio health.
Qualifications
- Proven success in selling to C-Suite executives in banks and insurance sectors.
- Experience in CXM, SaaS, or related software industries.
- Track record of portfolio management, driving revenue growth.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills.
- High energy, self-starter mentality with a passion for technology and client success.
