Role Description

Be the driving force behind innovation - join us on our mission to shape the future as our Commercial Account Executive!

  • Reporting to our VP of Sales, Continuous Account Executives drive revenue growth in the FI, Lending, and Compliance market.
  • Focus on driving sales by managing and growing new client relationships.
  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle from opportunity qualification to closing, including:
    • Discovery
    • Product pitch/demo
    • Proposal development
    • Contract negotiation
    • Pipeline forecasting
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, SDRs, and Pre-Sales to refine value delivery to customers.

Requirements

  • Onboard and complete sales training program in the first 6 weeks.
  • Connect with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams.
  • Learn sales process, methodology, and forecasting guidelines.
  • Speak with initial Sales Qualified Leads and develop early-stage pipeline.
  • Take ownership of territory, sales forecast, and book of business in the first 3 months.
  • Understand Continuous’ solutions offerings and competitive landscape.
  • Prioritize Banking vertical territory and collaborate with team members.
  • Own the sales process: discovery, demo, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Create a strategic plan for moving prospects along the sales funnel.
  • Analyze performance metrics in your individual Sales Dashboard.
  • Review personal call recordings to improve sales positioning.
  • Partner with Consulting team for new install and implementation.
  • Lead ongoing “post mortem” sessions with Product and Marketing.
