Role Description
What you'll do at Deel:
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
- Qualify and understand client requirements to adapt solutions effectively
- Demo sophisticated software products tailored to specific client needs
- Maintain up-to-date customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data in our CRM system
- Foster strong relationships within the sales organization to deliver the best possible experience to our clients
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product in cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- LATAM located only
- 3+ years of closing sales experience
- Must have previous experience selling HR tech
- A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory, executing across the entire sales cycle, and adding net new logos
- Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
- Strong written and spoken communication in English and Spanish
