Role Description

GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to fuel new client acquisition and expand our footprint within the RCM sphere. This role blends strategic business development with consultative selling, offering the opportunity to make a measurable impact across healthcare organizations and agencies.

You’ll leverage established company relationships while building new connections across key service lines, including:

• Coding, Auditing & Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI)
• Revenue Cycle & Revenue Integrity

Qualifications

• Proven experience (2 years) recruiting for healthcare RCM functions in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Sourced, screened, and placed candidates for positions such as Medical Coders (ICD-10/CPT), Billing Specialists, and AR Follow-Up Representatives.
• Partnered with clients to understand RCM workflows, compliance requirements, and role-specific skill sets, ensuring high-quality candidate matches.
• Excellent communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed goals.
• Coachable and eager to learn, with a “thirst for knowledge.”
• Highly accountable with a focus on performance metrics.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
