Role Description
TakeUp is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling our innovative solutions to a range of exciting clients, including B&BS, glamping organizations, and independent hotels.
- Sales Strategy: Identify and target new business opportunities within the SMB market, focusing on B&BS, glamping operations, and independent hotels.
- Full Sales Cycle: Manage your pipeline from prospecting through to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Understand the unique needs of each client and present tailored solutions that drive business growth.
- Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas with a focus on revenue generation.
- Incentives & Growth: With an uncapped incentive plan, your success directly impacts your earnings, offering lucrative rewards for top performers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure customers are set up for long-term success.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in a quota-carrying sales role at a SaaS company, with a focus on SMBs.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry, particularly with B&BS, glamping sites, or independent hotels, is highly desirable.
- Proven success in managing a full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- A track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth.
- Comfortable working independently, but thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills that help build trust and guide clients through the sales journey.
