Role Description
This role involves driving demand and securing net-new logos with prospective buyers for Visier’s flagship enterprise product.
- Own and control the sales process within a new prospect territory, engaging and managing internal/external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement innovative pipeline growth activities across different verticals.
- Research prospects to understand their unique business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
- Address financial and budgetary blockers with creative solutions.
- Navigate complex buying processes using problem-solving skills and tenacity.
- Learn from objections and industry leaders to discover new ways to secure leads and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members across EMEA & North America.
- Achieve annual sales quota based on Annual Contract Value.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience selling enterprise cloud software to business buyers.
- Proven track record of continuous success in sales.
- Experience in a dynamic and fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
- Expertise in managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic business and financial acumen to diagnose unique business challenges.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience and creativity in pursuing new business.
- Ability to articulate the value of sophisticated applied business analytics solutions.

- Demonstrated superior qualification skills in seeking out compelling events.
- Ability to tie value to business benefit and follow a sales process to close.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to engage individuals at all levels of an organization.
Benefits
- Base pay range of $140,000 - $160,000 per year + commission.
