Role Description

As our Account Director, you’ll serve as the senior day-to-day client partner for The Cigna Group, providing strategic leadership across lead engagement, activation, and execution for sports and athlete partnerships (NFL, NBA, WNBA). In your partnership, you will:

• Steward client and partner relationships.
• Guide cross-functional teams.
• Ensure work consistently delivers business value, creative excellence, and seamless client experience.

You’ll play a critical role in shaping the long-term partnership with The Cigna Group, bringing executive presence, strong judgment, and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset to every engagement. This position sits within GMR’s Brand Experience team and works closely with clients, internal GMR solution centers, and Integrated Agency Team (IAT) partners to lead high-impact, multi-disciplinary programs.
