Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Team Lead Research Consulting - France (m/f/d) to lead our team of 7 Research Consultants. As Team Lead, you will play a key role in building and guiding our dynamic team in the French region. You will foster team development through market research expertise and a commitment to exceeding client expectations. Your responsibilities include:

Guiding and supporting our Research Consultants in their market research projects.

Helping team members grow as researchers and as people.

Advising and coaching key clients through the entire market research process, from methodology selection to results interpretation.

Collaborating closely with the international Research Leadership Team on strategic projects that drive organizational and research excellence.
You can expect to spend around 60% of your time on management and strategy and 40% on hands-on work with key clients and their projects.
Qualifications

6+ years of experience in market research and consulting.

Strong knowledge of quantitative methods and statistics.

Experience designing studies, writing questionnaires, and working across various research methods and use cases.

3+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

Confident communication in both French and English.

Hands-on mentality, pragmatism, proactivity, and an affinity for numbers and data.

Requirements

Collaborate with Research Leads from other countries & departments to push strategic initiatives across the whole company.

Build scalable and effortless processes to facilitate project management and cross-team collaboration.

Act as a sparring partner for a variety of clients in the creation, adaptation, and analysis of market research projects.

Conceptualize study designs and bespoke questionnaires across multiple use cases.

Interpret market research results to provide actionable recommendations to clients; present results to customers.

Ensure seamless cooperation with the Research Operations team in setting up questionnaires and fieldwork on the Appinio platform.

Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to implement initial projects for new customers.
