Please note that while this is a remote position, the selected candidate must live in – or be willing to relocate to – Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Oklahoma.

The part-time Research Support Specialist role is heavily focused on three primary responsibilities as follows:

• Develop expertise of the telecommunications industry: You will utilize publicly available sources, especially websites, to understand how your team’s portfolio of telecom providers market their products and services to consumers and businesses.
• Take great care of our clients: While this isn’t a client-facing role, your daily work has a direct impact on our clients’ satisfaction. Your research supports our clients’ tactical decisions every day.
• Become an expert data wrangler: Data is at the center of what we do, so you will develop skills in managing and aggregating data, particularly in Excel.
