Join Our Dynamic HEOR Team as a Research Scientist! Are you a self-starter with a passion for projects involving innovative methods in health economics and evidence synthesis? Our Evidence Synthesis and Decision Modelling team is seeking a Research Scientist (Health Economic Modelling) to join our group of industry-leading professionals. You will collaborate with a highly specialized team of health economists, statisticians and researchers in methodologically innovative projects for our pharma and biotech clients. You will contribute to diverse projects including:

Cost-effectiveness analyses and budget impact analyses to support HTA submissions and payer decisions

Early economic analyses
-
Treatment sequencing analyses

Generalised cost-effectiveness analyses incorporating novel elements of value
Qualifications

Experienced Consultant: Background in HEOR with a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and medical affairs.

HEOR Research Experience: Experience performing targeted literature reviews to identify and summarize model inputs and methodologies used in previous health technology assessments.

Deliverable Creation: Contribute to the development of client-ready study deliverables such as model protocols, economic models, slide decks, technical reports, and peer-reviewed publications.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in programming economic models in Microsoft Excel (experience in R would be a plus).

Effective Communicator: Ability to interpret and communicate study results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Project and Time Management: Assist with the delivery of components of projects by collaborating with other team members.

Client Management: Contribute to client management by preparing slides for client meetings and drafting meeting minutes.
Requirements

2-4 years of professional experience, ideally consulting experience serving pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare clients, with a focus on HEOR.

Masterβs degree in a subject related to health services research (e.g., health economics, public policy, epidemiology).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).

Willingness and desire to learn and share knowledge.

Highly developed analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
