Role Description

EVERSANA is searching for a Research Director, Policy to join the NAVLIN Insights team, which delivers pharmaceutical policy, market access and pricing intelligence to our clients. The role will drive our fast-expanding policy services, including:

• NAVLIN Daily news service
• Policy intelligence
• MFN tracker
• Other policy-related activities

This includes client-facing support and business development, as well as end-to-end oversight, production and delivery of the policy services.

Reporting into the SVP of NAVLIN Insights, the role will build on Eversana’s reputation as a leader in global pricing and policy intelligence. It will sit at the intersection of policy expertise, client engagement, and commercial growth, with a specific focus on global pricing, reimbursement, and policy developments (including MFN and related initiatives). The successful candidate will:

• Oversee the development and delivery of policy-driven products and services
• Act as a senior client-facing expert
• Contribute to strategic consulting engagements
• Shape how AI and advanced analytics are leveraged to enhance NAVLIN’s capabilities
• Create new, differentiated offerings

Preference is for U.K.-based (remote or London office) but we will also consider applications from other locations (including Germany, Italy, Spain, Ireland).

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in health policy, market access, pricing & reimbursement, or related fields
• Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of the global pharmaceutical policy landscape
• Pricing and access dynamics (including MFN and similar frameworks)
• Proven experience in client-facing roles (consulting, advisory, or industry)
• Translating complex policy into business implications
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with data analytics or AI-enabled workflows

Requirements

• Management of the NAVLIN Daily team, producing daily news for thousands of users
• Policy intelligence leadership, including MFN tracking and insights
• Oversee delivery of policy intelligence services with timely updates
• Translate complex policy developments into actionable insights for clients
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert across cross-functional teams
• Support and drive business development activities
• Contribute to broader EVERSANA consulting engagements
• Explore and implement ways to leverage AI and automation
• All other duties as assigned
