Role Description

The School of Labor and Employment Relations is seeking applicants for part-time Research Assistant. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:

• Conducting Interviews
• Transcribing Interviews
• Data Analyses

The duties associated with this position require specialized qualitative research skills that go beyond routine administrative or research support functions. The individual must have demonstrated experience in:

• Conducting and documenting in-depth qualitative interviews
• Applying culturally sensitive interviewing techniques
• Managing confidential research data
• Conducting scholarly literature reviews
• Supporting qualitative data analysis

These responsibilities require prior training and experience in qualitative research methodologies and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
