Role Description

We are seeking a Product Quality Assurance Specialist (SaaS) to join our IT team. In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of quality across our SaaS product by conducting functionality testing, validating data integrity, and maintaining system reliability. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data teams to deliver a seamless user experience while ensuring data accuracy and security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for SaaS applications.
• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience with SQL, data validation, and API testing.
• Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile development workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
