Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate QA Automation Engineer to join our team. You will design, develop, and implement automated tests to ensure the highest quality of our software products. This role is critical in streamlining testing processes and enhancing product delivery speed and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test frameworks and scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and QA team members, to identify testing needs and deliver high-quality software.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze results to detect software failures and defects.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution, using appropriate tracking tools.
• Optimize and enhance existing automation frameworks for better coverage and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in QA automation to implement improvements.

Requirements

• Experienced with Application Testing/ System Testing/ Web base Testing.
• Able to quickly read through API spec and create automation script such as Python or Robot framework.
• Hands-on experience using tools such as Postman to test and verify results.
• Knowledge of testing processes and methodologies (e.g., unit testing, integration testing, system testing).
• Experience in UI automation tools such as Selenium and/or knowledge in stress testing tools such as jMeter, K6, or LoadRunner.
• Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development lifecycle and web technologies, such as inspecting API results.
• Experience in an agile environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experienced with organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Analysis skill on faults and bugs found.
