[Hiring] ServiceNow HRSD Testing / QA Analyst @System Soft Technologies

Role Description

• Support testing activities for Lam's ServiceNow HRSD Professional implementation.
• Prepare and execute:
  • SIT test cases
  • Integration test scenarios
  • UAT test scripts
• Validate HRSD functionality across:
  • Employee Center
  • HR Case Management
  • Knowledge
  • Notifications
  • Mobile
• Execute test cases, capture evidence, log defects clearly, and support defect retesting.
• Collaborate with the SI partner and GIS team during test cycles and defect triage.
• Validate end-to-end flows including:
  • Case creation and routing
  • EE document management
  • Notifications and approvals
  • Data visibility and access
  • Integrations (as applicable)
• Support UAT readiness and go-live validation activities.
• Support Documentation.
• Other business analyst duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA / Testing roles on enterprise software platforms.
• Hands-on working experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow HRSD modules and concepts:
  • HR Case lifecycle
  • Employee Center navigation
  • Knowledge articles
  • EE Document Management
  • Notifications and workflows
• Experience executing integration and end-to-end test scenarios.
• Strong defect management skills (clear reproduction steps, severity assessment).
• Comfortable working with test scripts, test evidence, and structured test cycles.
• Experience testing mobile (Now Mobile or responsive UI).
• Core BSA/BA skillsets - requirement gathering, analysis, test execution, documentation, communication etc.

Requirements

• Experience testing ServiceNow HRSD Professional.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow instances, roles, and basic configuration.
• Exposure to integrations (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Teams, SharePoint, Cornerstone, ADP).
• Prior experience supporting UAT with business testers.
