Role Description

We invite an Intermediate Test Automation Engineer with a genuine passion for quality assurance and a strong background in API and integration testing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll help ensure the reliability and performance of our products by:

• Designing, developing, and executing automated tests
• Contributing to the automation framework
• Collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality software
• Continuously enhancing testing processes

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on test automation experience with strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience building and maintaining automated tests with WebdriverIO
• Practical experience with API and integration testing (REST/GraphQL) and tools like Postman
• Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and Appium for web and mobile automation
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
• Upper-Intermediate English level

Requirements

• Experience with React-based web applications (desirable)
• Familiarity with containerized test environments (Docker) (desirable)
• Exposure to monorepos or multi-package architectures (desirable)
• Experience contributing to automation reporting or quality dashboards (desirable)

Key Responsibilities and Your Contribution

• Ensure the quality and reliability of our applications by developing and maintaining automated tests
• Improve frameworks, work with CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to QA practices and reporting
• Develop, maintain, and improve E2E, API, and integration tests
• Write reliable, maintainable tests with clear failure diagnostics
• Refactor and enhance the automation framework, optimize execution, and stabilize flaky tests
• Maintain regression suites, monitor test failures, and track test reliability metrics
• Identify, document, and track defects with developers
• Ensure accurate and traceable test results, support TCM integrations, and improve reporting clarity
• Work with developers and QA peers to clarify acceptance criteria, support early testing, and review test code
• Ensure automated tests run reliably in CI/CD and troubleshoot execution issues
• Stay updated on QA automation trends and best practices
