Role Description

As a Senior Test Automation Lead, you will define and implement testing strategies across multiple teams, ensuring reliable, scalable, and automated testing practices. You think outside the box, anticipating edge cases and system failures before they happen. Your expertise will shape our CI/CD pipeline, ensuring seamless and high-quality releases. You act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, designing testing plans and processes that business teams can follow to confidently ship new features.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and implement testing strategies across development teams.
• Design and automate end-to-end test plans, covering AML, KYC, and transaction flows.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines, ensuring releases are reliable and efficient.
• Communicate testing insights across technical and business teams, making testing processes accessible to non-engineers.
• Establish best practices for automated testing, monitoring, and validation across cloud-native applications.
• Ensure security and compliance are integrated into testing workflows.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in automated testing frameworks, particularly for fintech workflows (AML/KYC, transactions).
• Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in AWS (CDK, CloudFormation) and cloud-based test strategies.
• Ability to translate technical testing strategies into business-friendly processes.
