Role Description

The Testing Analyst will provide testing, business readiness, training, and AI-enabled quality assurance services in support of the Consumer Licensing Enquiry Outreach (CLEO) initiative. The resource will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), enhancement testing, defect management, training material development, deployment readiness, post-implementation stabilization activities, and the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer processes.

• Develop and execute testing activities.
• Validate business and technical requirements.
• Support defect resolution.
• Create training and readiness materials for user adoption.
• Identify opportunities to leverage approved AI-enabled tools.
• Support the development and validation of training materials, user guides, job aids, FAQs, training scenarios, and knowledge transfer content.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by assessing opportunities to use AI-assisted tools.
• Work collaboratively with Product Owners, SMEs, business stakeholders, and project team members.
• Ensure compliance with Government of Alberta standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in testing, business readiness, and training.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and their application in testing and training.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

• Ability to develop, update, and execute test scenarios, scripts, and cases.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and various testing methodologies.
• Proficient in documenting, tracking, and validating defects.
• Experience in maintaining testing documentation and status reports.
• Ability to monitor testing progress and communicate risks and issues.
• Experience in developing training materials and business readiness artifacts.
• Ability to facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and training.
• Support during go-live and post-implementation stabilization activities.
