[Hiring] Senior Software Quality Engineer @Emapta

Role Description

As a Senior Software Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality by designing, executing, and maintaining test cases for CRM applications across web and mobile platforms. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning, test design, execution, analysis, and reporting, while collaborating closely with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality product releases.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in software quality assurance
• Proven experience developing automated tests using Playwright or a comparable automation framework
• Demonstrated ability to independently plan and execute testing strategies for assigned features
• Strong experience designing manual test scenarios including exploratory testing and edge case validation
• Experience validating backend behavior through API testing and basic database queries
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile development environment

Requirements

• Drive overall product quality by designing and executing high-value test cases for CRM applications
• Own end-to-end validation of assigned CRM features, ensuring thorough coverage of business logic, data flows, and complex user workflows across web and mobile applications
• Perform API testing and backend validation, ensuring data integrity and system reliability across integrated services
• Conduct mobile testing as a key focus area to validate end-to-end user experience across devices
• Review requirements, user stories, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create, maintain, and execute detailed manual test cases and test plans
• Collaborate closely with engineers to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and identify root causes
• Assist in defining quality metrics and continuously improve testing strategies, tools, and processes
• Mentor QA team members on best practices and contribute to overall engineering quality and product delivery
