Role Description

Join our highly skilled Software Testing team, which creates and supports tools enabling Global Services to deliver customer value and operational insights. The team facilitates data-informed decisions, enhances business visibility, and provides analytics to resolve issues and identify opportunities. Through Automation-to-Scale initiatives, internal tools for diagnostics, case, troubleshooting, and work management are developed.

As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), you will join a dynamic QA team ensuring quality. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting manual and automated UI testing utilizing tools such as Playwright (JavaScript)
• Testing REST APIs using Postman while writing SQL queries for accurate data validation
• Logging and managing defects via JIRA; maintaining documentation within Confluence
• Collaborating in Agile/Scrum teams while supporting CI/CD workflows using tools such as Jenkins
• Demonstrating exceptional debugging skills, keen attention to detail, and eagerness to learn new tools

Qualifications

• 12+ months of software testing experience with web applications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Hands-on experience in UI testing (manual and automated)
• Experience with test automation tools; Playwright using JavaScript is highly advantageous
• Good working knowledge of SQL; familiarity with Postgres and tools like SQL Developer
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools like JIRA and Confluence
