Role Description

This role within the Quality Assurance Operations team is responsible for incident and deviation intake and governance, applying risk-based analysis and root-cause methodologies, coordinating change management, and identifying and escalating trends. This position oversees CAPA management and effectiveness monitoring as well as supporting compliance projects. Key duties include:

• Maintaining secure and organized filing systems for all QMS-related documents and records.
• Monitoring and reporting key quality performance indicators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience can be considered.
• Certification in quality management process or similar is preferred.
• Existing knowledge of QMS is mandatory.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of Quality Assurance related experience.
• QA Project management, deviation and CAPA management, RCA, quality risk management, and change management experience.
• Ability to build relationships cross-functionally.
• Proficient in deviation management, CAPA, effectiveness verification, change management, and quality risk management.
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory expectations and Quality management systems.
• Solution-oriented thinker.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Works effectively in teams.
• Results-oriented and process-driven.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• English proficiency is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bilingualism (French and English) may be required depending on the specific role, location, and the needs of the organization.
